Diever is a small village in Drenthe with appr. 2500 inhabitants. It lies on the border of one of the largest forests in the Netherlands, the National Park  Drents Friese Woud. also near by is the other National Park Dwingelderveld. Diever is a very active village with restaurants, nice little shops, markets and several festivals.
