Burgers & Buitenlui has opened her doors on the 17th of  April 2006. It is established in a old doctors house originated from the year 1918 and called ''Villa de Beukenhof ''  It was used as a Bed & Breakfast from 2006 till 2010 and has tehrefore been thoroughly refurbished in 2005. The group accommodation has 9 luxurious rooms, which all have their own private bathroom. 4 of the 9 bathrooms have a (whirlpool) bath.  

It is through the old entrance that you access the former practice of the doctor. This has now a new function as the breakfast room. In this room you will also find the fireplace where you can relax with some wine and a good book. From here you can enter the garden . The group accommodation is situated on the edge of the small town Diever. You can walk to the big National Park Drents-Friese-Wold within 5 minutes. But also the restaurants and shops are just a little stroll away. It is the perfect combination for those who love nature, butt like the comfort of the modern world.
